Student bank account on a conditional offer?

Hi, I'm trying to apply for student finance this year and the website is asking for my bank details. I want a student account with a big shiny overdraft, but they all require proof of an UNCONDITIONAL offer. I have only had conditionals. Do any banks offer a student bank account on a conditional offer? Kind of need an account to be able to fill in the Student Finance details. Thanks.
You can skip it for now and fill it in later.
You wont be able to open a student account until you have an unconditional offer on results day.
