Will I be eligible for course funding again?
I live in Scotland so the college courses are funded by SAAS. I did an NC course in one city but failed it because I just wanted to smoke weed and play games, I was 16. I moved to a different city and applied for the same course again. I passed this time and progressed onto the HND in the same subject. At this time I began to realise this was not what I wanted to do, I left at the end of first year and subsequently failed.
I want to go back to college and study a completely different subject which means I'll have to start at NC level again. Will SAAS fund another NC course and any progression leading from there?
