Help me use ANOVA (Analysis of Variance)
I'm struggling to get my head around how I would use ANOVA on my data, since there are a number of variables:
(1) There are 3 'levels': Lab Condition 1, Lab Condition 2, Lab Condition 3
(2) Within each level, there are 24 different lab techniques.
I need to look for statistically significant differences both between the 3 levels (Lab Condition 1, Lab Condition 2, Lab Condition 3) with each lab technique, and also for statistically significant differences between the 24 lab techniques for each level.
How should my data be laid out when using ANOVA, and which type of ANOVA should I be using in Excel?
