Will the RAF accept me

Do the RAF discriminate against graduates of unrelated degrees such as Economics or would i be in an equal boat as another applicant with a degree in Physics or Engineering.
The position is in the piloting academy/training.
As long as it's 2:1 or higher it doesn't matter. Mines in animation and it's accepted.

Sorry 2:2 or higher.

Met a Tornado pilot at RAF Marham with a degree in Zoology.

My experience of the selection process has very much been ticking boxes in terms of qualifications. If they say you need x qualification grade A-C they really don't care if it's a C or an A, because they're testing so many different qualities than simply academic performance.

Any degree is fine.

They might ask why you did a certain degree, but no more than that. I knew an RAF pilot with a degree in Portuguese, another with architecture
Thank you to everyone that replied, I appreciate all your answers

They also take people who don't have degrees so there's definitely nothing to worry about...
