Any tips on english language exam?

For those who get as and a stars, do you guys have any suggestion on how to answer the question as i am really really confused about how to answer them.

For question 2 , you talk about the effect and how it links right? For the how is this effective part, do you say it uses alliteration and it makes it stand out. Thats what I put for my answer but i didnt actually talk about the article. SO could you guys give me some examples on this??

For question 4, do you only talk about language and what are the tips to do really really well in it ?? Because i always end up talking about the audience and structure and am not sure how to answer this.

Any tips on answering other questions will be much appreciated !
