Do I finish this course?
So I took extended project this year to boost my hours. I've attended as I should, done a bit of work, but I don't need the grade for my uni offers and neither am I anywhere near close to finishing.
I feel like my time is better spent elsewhere now I have my exams coming up.
And if I did drop it, how would I go about it?

You must be well aware of the decision you are going to take. You are clearly said that you are never going to get it finished, then why should hang on? It's your confidence and approach that is important than anything, so based on that, you can choose a good decision that fits both for your current and future efforts.
