Photo removed on Instagram because of 'guidelines' - Feminism.

I just read this article about a girl posting a picture and having instagram remove it due to breaching their guidelines.

What do you guys think?

Personally I think she has a point, BUT only for the purposes of the experiment, girls don't usually go around posting pictures like this on instagram, it's a private thing.

Their misogyny is leaking.'

Something's leaking.

Personally find it a bit distasteful to share that image, but it's hardly illegal, so Instagram shouldn't have removed it.
idk what the community guidelines of insta are so who knows whether or not them taking down the photo was justified, but she sounds mega full of it imo
I don't see why they'd remove it, but I also think she's mental.
thats disgusting.... it should be removed...

reading what she said, would she find it acceptable to see a picture of a guy posted on instagram lying in bed with cum everywhere a saying that his cum is to "help make humankind a possibility? my balls is the home to the divine, a source of life for our species"?

LOL

She really didn't need to post a picture like that. Have no clue where that would fit into Instagram's guidelines for removing that though

why should it be removed its not pornographic- and its not like its being forced down your throat, if you don't like it dont go on her insta

edit- if it was a fully clothed guy then yeah i dont think that should be removed either

Having had a brief look at the Community Guidelines the content may have been deemed mature and not suitable for children.

I don't understand why someone would post a picture of this anyway? Who wants to see a girl leak on her period it's bizarre.

because this content isn't suitable for children? thats my first thought on to why they removed it... alot of children do use the internet, I dunno how many kids use insta...

And besides, I guess it's probably the same or similar guidelines as TV commercials when it comes to content like this.. thats why you always see adverts on tampons or pads using blue liquid instead of... you know... the real thing or a red liquid... children may see it, whether by choice or by accident...

and it saves them from getting law suits as well, you'd be surprised at some of the ridiculous law suits filed... someone even filed a lawsuit on McDonalds for making them fat...

Defecating is natural but you don't post picture about it. ffs
Just cause you can doesn't mean you should. Its no wonder 'feminism' struggles to gain credibility, even among women.
Bull****!
That's grimy. If it had been **** nobody would have been protesting. It is distasteful. Certainly not suitable for children to see either.

I bet she only posted it because she knew it would get removed, so she could then rattle the 'oppressed woman' sabre at instagram.

Why do you say it's not suitable for children to see? I don't necessarily disagree, but I wonder why you think this?

It is top quality website which passed many hours back in the day.
Ew gross, why would you do that? It's like posting a picture of yourself lying in your piss and then commenting how it is "ridiculing mankind because everyone pisses". People like her give us feminists a bad name, who are actually care for real causes, unlike this.
