Well, I don't believe there is enough evidence to convict her.
Even though she is meant to be an active participant in the murder, none of her DNA is in the bedroom, there is no evidence of a clean up in the bedroom or evidence suggesting that she was in the vicinity of the apartment during the murder.
Knox accusers tend to attack her by stating that "acting a part and reeks of insincerity" or "she was already planning how to disrupt the case with time wasting". This is simply just personal opinion or conjecture. I cannot convict someone on that.
There is a Killer in Jail known as Guede. His DNA was found at the murder scene. His story didn't include Knox and Co till he was in Jail and offered a plea bargain. Why would I believe any part of what he has said? It doesn't even corroborate the forensic evidence.
Now, she could possibly be guilty but unfortunately, Police incompetence, has led to a situation where it is next to impossible to convict her fairly without new evidence emerging.
