Anyone doing Arabic A level?

Hello, so I'll be on a gap year once I've finished sixth form and I was thinking I could do A level in Arabic. So I was wondering if anyone doing Arabic A level could give me an idea what it's like and stuff and which exam board they're on.
I think CIE offers Arabic.

I haven't, but know people who have. Owing to the diffuclty of finding oral examiners, it is assessed by a single exam for AS (with 3 sections: reading, translation & essay) and a second for A2.
