Anyone else unable to see payment breakdown online

Hi guys,

I need your help, I've applied for student finance (going into my second year) and since last year November my payments have been missing from the payments page online. Ive also applied for student finance for the 2015/2016 academic year which has been approved. It gives me the option to view entitlement letter but once again this takes me to the payment page which appears blank.

P.s my loans have still been coming through as normal I'm just wondering if SF has an issue on their end or I need to call them up.

You're not alone, I've been having the same trouble, I can't view any correspondence either. Been trying to check the date for April's payment, as I have it as the 6th, which is Easter Monday. would be nice to know if the payment will go in before Good Friday (3rd) or the Tuesday after Easter (7th). Anyone any idea ?
