I would give it somewhere around the 16-18 mark. I'm not a qualified teacher though I've just looked at the mark scheme (I'm a final year French student) The questions retains a decent level of focus, but there are a considerable amounts of grammatical mistakes, as well as formality inconsistencies. I would try and correct but it's a photo and I can't be bothered to retype it.

There is a mistake in the verb, in according plural and some words missing.

I'm guessing it reads:

Pooped in my jeans at a conference. Wheres my family, I imported them to the UK, and they've gone
