Muslim gp upset with Rihanna

*Civil rights activist Najee Ali , executive director of Project Islamic Hope a leading Los Angeles civil rights group is calling upon the removal of the newly released single Bitch Better Have My Money,” performed by Hip Hop singer Rihanna,” from the playlist of Real 92.3 a new Los Angeles Hip Hop N’ R&B radio station.
“Our organization has received dozen of complaints from parents and community members concerning the unedited version of Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money” being played on the airwaves by radio station Real 92.3.in Los Angeles. Our organization believes in free speech and freedom for artists to express themselves , but we also believe in corporate responsibility and that radio stations should be held accountable by community members when they play objectionable content over the airwaves that promote a negative lifestyle to our impressionable youth. Our organization is launching a “Clean the air waves” initiative were we will monitor Real 92.3 and other urban radio stations in Los Angeles that play song’s that promote misogyny, gang violence homophobia, the use of the N-word , alcohol and drug use, . We plan on meeting with radio station managers to encourage that
they only play the clean version of songs with questionable content,” stated Najee Ali of Project Isamic Hope.

An Islamic activist that attempts to remove songs promoting misogyny and homophobia?

Has he actually taken a look at his religion lately?
I can't see why he has a problem with promoting homophobia:rolleyes:

Then they should listen to Radio Disney.

When Katy Perry's deeply religious parents banned her and her sister from listening to music, they let them only listen to christian radio.

then turn the radio off

What you shouldn't do is try and prevent others from enjoying it just because you can't:rolleyes:

Exactly. St Rihanna is a global superstar with massive sales and attention. Radio should play her.

Matter fact, 'Bitch Better Have My Money' is an instant world-wide No 1 sales hit without promotion and remains at the top in the country concerned.

Why rolling your eyes at me? If you want family-friend music, listen to a family-friendly radio station such as Radio Disney.

It's like complaining about seeing people having sex on a porn site.

Islam is not misogynist you are just an Islamophobe. As for homophobia Islam is against that so you can say it's homophobic if you like. The reality is Hip-Hop is bad for black people in particular it promotes nothing but ignorance, racism, sexism, violence, drug usage etc.

Or Her Majesty The Queen, Supreme-Governor of Church of England, Defender of The Faith? Messiah The Son of God Jesus Christ, The Son of Man?
The site looks like bulls***.

Even if it is true then this guy needs to lower his gaze and mind his business.

I don't understand how it even affects him. Her life, not his.
