go with queen mary - there one of the University of London colleges whereas Brunel is not. UoL is highly respected among employers and reckonised globally..

If they aren't so different, choose the one with better branding - University of London.
Based on reputation alone, Queen Mary is better, but as Angelharpist pointed out, there's much more to a uni than that. Find out as much as you can about the course from staff and students, such as how you'll be taught and assessed, have a look at the department, look at the accommodation, look around the uni and explore the location itself to help you decide.
