screwed for triple science gcse OCR

*I'm doing OCR gateway B higher tier for all three sciences*

so my first exam is in 42 days, i'm not that worried about my other subjects but i am for bio, chem physics. I know a random parts of the spec here and there but I don't think i can learn it all in time. I've made all of my notes but they just won't go into my head :LL Eg. today i spent an entire day learning about the nervous system and homoeostasis :frown:

it's finally gone in but i'm worried i'll forget it in a few days...any useful tips, ideas, feedback would be much appreciated! Thanks :smile:
