Basically I couldn't get to sleep last night until 8am I was panicking every time I fell asleep I have anxiety but thats another story. I have only just woke up now (almost 4pm) so have ruined my day off. However I have a presentation at 9am tomorrow and am there all day so I need be up at 6.30am and get some good sleep but I don't see how I can when Ive only just got up today. I won't be tired and sleeping tablets don't work on me anymore. Any suggestions?
