Any sleep experts?

Basically I couldn't get to sleep last night until 8am I was panicking every time I fell asleep I have anxiety but thats another story. I have only just woke up now (almost 4pm) so have ruined my day off. However I have a presentation at 9am tomorrow and am there all day so I need be up at 6.30am and get some good sleep but I don't see how I can when Ive only just got up today.:confused: I won't be tired and sleeping tablets don't work on me anymore. Any suggestions?

you are scared of sleeping? hmmm forget about your presentation........... how the hell are you gonna do that if your so anxious


Im not scared of sleeping or presentations, its just I was in a panicky mood last night thinking my heart was going to stop or something.
