Need a room

Hi people,

I am a 25 1st year international business student from Southend and looking for a room off campus due to me needing to keep my car. I am very friendly, tidy, hygienic, like my own space but know how to socialise. To be honest i'm very fussy and am looking for a hygienic place to live. If anyone can point me in the right direction or is in the same boat please talk to me.
