I spent 2 and a half hours in the gym today.......Ask me anything?

Hi guys,

I spent 2 and a half hours in the gym today.
I always spend about 2 hours in the gym (Hard work, dedication, right?)

I did 30-60 kg squats 4 sets of 8-12 reps,
10 - 12 kg dumbell curls (8-12 reps per set), Barbell curls, 2 sets of 24kg shoulder raises, 3 sets of 20-25 rep dips, 5 pull ups, and Leg press.

I like spending alot of time doing this. So please don't criticize too much.

Ask me anything.

During my workout, I drank Maxinutrition Cyclone protein shake.

I came home, had a banana and another Maxinutrition Cyclone shake.
I then had my meal which was roti, with cooked lentils (pakistani food).
Afterwards, I had a Activia yoghurt and another banana.
Then later I had a cup of milk and a Topic chocolate bar.
Now Im eating strawberries and a pear.

If you don't feel tired you didn't do it properly. Go back.

Sometimes. Today I spent around 1 hour and 30 minutes doing chest. To be honest, I like taking my time and doing things with quality.

Just a little. I bench 55kg Max today. Its not a really high weight compared to what some big dudes do, but I just like taking my time and doing what my body can do.
Do you have a yummy six pack?

Did you actually watch the video yourself?

Your reply is laughable 'because Elliot said' he said it depends on what your doing. What you stated you did, should not take over an hour.

Just saying.....
