Part catered has a standard of 38 weeks! What about the summer months?

I remember that when I was applying for accommodation it said that the 40 weeks contract is for undergrads only. I think you get the whole year if you're a postgrad. Also, there are some halls for postgrads only so they might offer longer contracts? My advice is to get in touch with the accommodation team just to clarify, they were really friendly and helpful when I got in touch with them.
