2nd interview for a Business Information Analyst role at Avnet

I am in my 2nd year in uni and have applied for a placement at Avnet. I had my first interview and it was mostly competency questions which I handled well, so I progressed to the next and final stage of their recruitment process.

My next interview is in about a week from now and I am trying to prepare for it as best as I can. The role will involve or require (copy/pasted from advert):


•Working with Business Information specialists using SAP, SAP BW and excel tools to collate and present information tools for our large population of employees across Europe.
•Generation of management reports to assist in measuring businesses against key performance metrics.
•Refining the existing tools to reflect the changing needs and technologies available.
•Some exposure to company Presidential and Vice Presidential levels is expected.

Skills required

•Good communication skills (written and spoken)
•Good ICT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel specifically
•Knowledge and skill in the web based languages : HTML for example
•Attention to detail and communication clarity
•Willingness to work in a team environment whilst learning and developing skill set

Any tips on how I should prepare? I am good with word and excel but I'm clueless when it comes to HTML and SAP and SAP BW. This job is the most relevant to my degree that I could find. Any help would be appreciated.
