Room Available for next year!
Hi there! We''re a group of 5 first year students at University of Leeds with a contract starting 01 Jul 2015 with a spare room to let since one of our friends unfortunately is unsure if he’ll be at uni next year. Two girls and three guys. All laid back and happy to meet new people!
As for the room itself. Spacious, en suite bathroom, nice living area fully furnished, including TV. The rent is £92.50pppw including all bills (including TV licence) except WiFi, however that would probably work out as about an extra £5pppm. House is in the LS6 area in Headingley, about a 20 minute walk from the Parkinson building. Secure car parking is available around the back of the house.
