Getting a 2:1 degree classification

Hey everyone,

I achieved 54:83% in my 2nd year of University which contributes to 25% of my overall grade. Is it still possible to achieve a 2:1 at the end of my degree? Final year is worth 75%.

My module grades for 2nd year were 45, 55, 62, 52, 63, 52. All modules are worth 20 credits each. I am not sure on what I have to achieve in my final year to get a 2:1.

Majority of the time my uni use Method 1 to calculate overall degree grades.

Method 1
If you have at least 100 and no more than 140 credits marked by percentage at level 5 and at least 100
and no more than 140 credits marked by percentage at level 6 or higher, your final average mark will be
calculated from

the overall weighted average of the 100 highest marked level 5 credits, weighted at 25%
the overall weighted average of the 100 highest marked level 6 credits or higher, weighted at 75%
