Consumer complaining behavior in the airline industry Questionnaire

We are a group of Business Management students from the University of Birmingham looking to conduct a research project on consumer complaining behavior in the Airline industry. The purpose of this questionnaire is to find out the relationship between consumer complaining behavior and airline price. The questionnaire should only take approximately 5 minutes, and your responses are completely anonymous and will be kept confidential.
