This may sound like a weird question, but in the standard or enhanced rooms at University of Southampton (non-ensuite), do the shared bathroom facilities have sinks to wash your hands and stuff?
Because I heard that at some unis there are no sinks in shared bathrooms...

Hi,

I visited the halls at Southampton yesterday, we were shown a Shared Bathroom Category 3 room and that had a sink in the room; our student ambassador said that most of the room in Shared Bathroom Flats have sinks in the rooms.

I know there are sinks in the bedrooms, but if you went to the loo in the shared bathrooms, would you have to use the sinks in your bedroom to wash your hands or are there sinks in the shared bathrooms to use?

There are sinks to use to wash your hands in or next to every toilet.
