Ready for sex, but my appearance puts me off

My boyfriend and I don't live in the same country, but we've discussed the go ahead of having sex when I go see him next year. Despite both of us being ready and eager to go, my appearance really puts me off. I am a chubby girl, but not by choice. I have a medical condition where my hormones cause me to prevent weight loss. Anyways, so my physical appearance just sickens the thought of me having sex, despite really wanting to go ahead with it. I don't know what to do.
If he's with you then he probably finds you attractive. As long as you don't yourself put any focus on your insecurities he probably wont think about it himself, he'll be excited to have sex.
Your medical condition might make it harder to lose weight but I doubt it's impossible lol, it all comes down to how much you eat in the end. Is it not being treated?
