About AS only subjects
Subjects like environmental management are AS only. Does that mean in my final certificate it will appear as AS and not A level, or rather will it even be included in my certificate after A2?
AS levels are a separate qualification to A-levels. Thus, your AS level will remain an AS level.

You get separate certificates for all of your subjects.
