Is the TV show 'Fresh Meat' an accurate portrayal of university life?

I mean, I realise that it probably isn't... but I'm just wondering!

No. You will have a bit of drama, but nowhere near like what they show on Fresh Meat.

Of course not, they couldn't show what really goes on in student households, it wouldn't make it past the censors.

Its extremely tamed down - far less drinking, far less sex - than normal student life.
There are many elements that ring true, but they do crank things up a bit.

Enjoy it, but take it with a pinch of salt - it's not a documentary.

No it isn't. They do like to exaggerate but that's what it's there for. For your entertainment, not to educate you on how uni is.

But they are the parties and occasional drug takers (I have a friend who likes to take drugs.. But he is the sweetest and funniest person ever). However, I don't dabble in that sort of witchcraft.

If you want something to educate you about Uni try ITV's Freshers. Swansea Uni (I go to it have had filmed it for 2014 Freshers). I never watched it because I personally think one of them is an *******, after knowing that person personally.
What Origami Bullets said... It's quite funny and elements of the show are relatable but you need to remember it's a TV show.

Not really. They often exaggerate a few storylines.
