The Rule of Law - Public Law!

I've got an exam tomorrow, and I haven't even got through half of what I need to know:frown:. I would really appreciate it if someone can send me notes on The Rule of Law! Please! or can just help out...I would really appreciate it.

well it's a bit late now but if it's any consolation, I had a public law exam last year, I only revised the minimum 3 topics (I was led to believe all would appear on the exam) and only 2 appeared so I answered them and for the third question, I literally had to bull**** my way through it and I managed to pass, although I did get a 2.1 in my essay which was part of the overall mark so I'm not sure if I just got lucky in the exam or the essay pulled me through.
come to think of it, I think it was actually the rule of law that I blagged my way through, I had studied for the constitution but it never came up so I just remembered a quote my mate told me outside the exam when he was going over his rule of law notes, talked about the exeuctive, legislator e.t.c. (don't know if that was relevant, just stuck it in anyway) and tried to find some remotely relevant statutes in my statute book :biggrin:
