AQA core 4 - Binomial expansion

I'm most probably just being stupid here but I'm a bit to as why, after diving by 16 to get in the form (1+x)^n...to receive the answer:

1+(27/32)x + (243/128)x^2

*16

=16+(27/2)x+(243/128)x^2

However in the markscheme it is not this answer, which then makes my answer to the next part of the question incorrect (showing that something raised to the power of 3/2 = blah

Could someone please clear this up for me?
When taking out the 16, this is still included in the power, i.e. 16^(3/2), which = 64. I have included my workings with this, I hope it helps.
