t tests

Hi!
i'm having trouble with choosing the type of t test to use! so, I am wanting to find whether there is a significant difference in tar inhalation between two types of cigarettes (menthol and regular) and also whether this tar inhalation is affected by the absence of a filter so i am measuring tar inhalation with for example regular cigarettes with a filter and then regular cigarettes without a filter.
Please help!
