Unsubscribed from Uni of Birmingham emails.

A while ago I (stupidly) put my email down for postgraduate study at Birmingham, and then kept receiving emails for postgraduate stuff that didn't apply to me. I then (stupidly-again) unsubscribed from contact from the university. However, I have now got my undergraduate offer and haven't gotten any emails about it.
I have tried emailing admissions to put me back on the mailing list, but I haven't gotten a reply. (also I need to contact them about my student ID to book accommodation)

What should I do??
