Urgent help needed please- Cashing In

Hey,
I am resitting all of my maths modules this year as a private candidate. I am sitting 2 statistics papers in January and the other 4 in the summer. As I am a private candidate I have to sort out the cashing in codes etc. myself, I need to know whether I need to cash in in January and then again in the summer, or do I just cash in in the summer ie. dont give edexcel a cashing in code yet. I need to ring them this afternoon so if anyone could help me it would be much appreciated, Edexcel are not very good when it comes to helping individuals!

i also have a cash in problem
i am a private candidate taking the AS and A2 for the subject do i cash in now? i heard that u can cash in when u get results but they charge u more? so y not cash in now?
i dont understand what it means exactly..

You need 3 modules to make the AS, so as you're only sitting 2 in january you can't cash in until the summer. This also means you'll need to leave the AS grade as "pending" on your UCAS form (assuming you're applying) with the date as the summer.
