KCL vs Warwick vs Luther Van

Discuss . . .

The argument that has been given by virtually all on this thread is that Warwick is better than KCL for management and computer science. The only side arguments occurring is when a Warwick apologists tries to now imply Warwick is better overall than KCL and it is the next best thing to Oxbridge. That is where the disagreement is.

KCL is not as good as WBS for business-related subjects. For one, KCL barely focuses on the subject, while Warwick has a whole business school dedicated to it.

KCL has only 2 undergraduate degree course in the business, finance and economics field. Warwick would have close to 10 offerings of such undergraduate degree courses, if not more.

KCL cannot compete with what it is not focuses on. It leaves that place to LSE, which is across the road, to fill.

That said, in the recent REF assessment, in terms of quality of work in the business Management field, KCL with its small staff of 36 was 17th. Very close to Warwick's 14th position with its large staff of 104.

17th and 13th? Three places is not a lot for a field we were being decieved Warwick is world class in, and which we know KCL is just about above average in.
