Article: Graduate entry medicine - a guide

This is so helpful
Just found update for 2017 entry, Bristol has got rid of the GEM course :'(
FYI Warwick now have stricter guidelines for their work experience requirements, particularly that it has to be 70 hours within two years by time of application, and not caring for close family or friends.
Also their interviews have been moved to January.

Can someone please recommend useful GAMSAT preparation material?
Also just to note for anyone like me:
Students from Northern Ireland have to use the NI student finance, which does not provide ANY tuition fee assistance for graduate medicine. All fees have to be paid by the student, and the only living costs assistance is the Maintenance Loan (repayable), no maintenance grant.

I also believe that in my research I found that the NHS paying tuition fees is again not something NI students can receive, though I haven't fully researched the NHS funding yet.

As far as my research can tell so far (I may be wrong about some specifics) a NI student studying GEM must pay all fees, meaning up to about £50k required to do the degree. How unfortunate >.<
