Have you ever let go someone you like and regret it later?

Yep I broke up with my second ex because I didn't actually like him much. I only started to like him once we were friends (we decided to be friends after the break up), but when I told him I liked him (this was like 2/3 months after our break up), he said it was too late. We're still good friends now though so it's not too bad and sad of a story
