What should i wear for my first day at a care home?

I've got a job at a carehome and i'm not sure whether i need to dress formal or whether i can dress casual?
I was just wondering if anyone had worked at a care home before and knew what would be acceptable to wear?

If you're a carer or support worker, casual is generally fine. Jeans and a casual top have been the norm everywhere I've worked.
