To be honest, yes. But I cannot judge nor will I as I can easily reach four times a day. As far as I am aware, there are no real physical negatives from masturbating a lot. In fact, some masturbation is actually healthy and reduces certain (genital) cancer risks. So never cut it out completely.

But masturbation can sadly, be mentally unhealthy for you. You can end up addicted to it, and addicted to porn. You can end up preferring it to actual sex and it can cause problems such as premature ejaculation because you are so dependent on masturbation.

I personally think no more than once a day is healthy. Mentally healthy and healthy for your sex life that is. Though honestly, I do it at least twice a day :/

If you have to ask whether or not it's too much, it's probably too much :biggrin:

It won't have any lasting damage on your libido or ability to perform, but once you're in the habit of spending all your spare time masturbating it can be hard to get out of. Try doing something productive in your spare time to keep your hands busy and away from your package pal.

I am pretty sure you're watching porn, not just masturbate. And THIS is the problem for a lot of young men. There is such a thing as porn addiction. I mean, i dont think its dangerous unless you like do it 10 times or something but thats probably impossible. Everyone has different sexual drives though I believe, I can't do 4 times. If I orgasm once I can't really go again afterwards, I can if I try but its quite painful. Or i wait an hour or so for the sensitive feeling to go away.
