I have received three offers from the following universities:
1. Financial Economics from the Universities of St. Andrews
2. Business Economics from the University of Glasgow
3. Economics with Finance from the University of Edinburgh

Any recommendations as to which university is better?

I would say St Andrews or Edinburgh. Edinburgh probably first because it is the 2nd largest financial center in the UK after London.
