Entry requirements for LLB University of Liverpool

Hi guys, just wanted some advice/ I've currently accepted a conditional offer to study Law at the University of Liverpool, and am looking forward to it. However, I'm nervous and stressed out that I won't get he grades required, which are ABB. Last year (AS) I got D* in my BTEC Law course, D in AS Media and a C in English Language. What is the uni like on students who don't meet the grades? I think it's likely that I'll achieve D* in Law and a C in both Media and English Language.
