Calculating grade for a UWE student in third year, who has completed the HND

Hello

I am a bit confused how to calculate my degree because I have completed a Higher National Diploma course and as far as I understood, the calculating process is different for us.
My diploma says "Merit". Naturally, the course involved both Lv 4 and Lv 5 assignments.
These are all my grades (courses is not finished yet so still few assignments to submit but I would like to see the method of calculating):

First year, Higher National Certification letter at the end of year says "150 points, this is a Distinction equivalent to a First Class Honours Degree" (weird thing is I counted and they are 125 on the certificate):
- 5 x 15 credit assignments lv 4 (merit)
- 2 x 15 credit assignments lv 4 (distinction)
- 1 x 20 credit assignment lv 5 (merit)
At the bottom says "Learner has qualified for the award...with grade merit"

Second year, Higher National Diploma says on it "merit" with "240+ points at lv 5" (counted, they add to 250)
- 5 x 15 credit assignments lv 4 (merit)
- 2 x 15 credit assignments lv 4 (distinction)
- 1 x 15 credit assignment lv 4 (pass)
- 5 x 20 credit assignment lv 5 (merit)
- 2 x 20 credit assignment lv 5 (distinction)
At the bottom says "Learner has qualified for the award...with grade merit"

Third year (in progress), BA (Hons) lv 6.
I look on the online registry of this university and there's this:

Notice that the credit value for my HNC/HND is shown as 120.

I am deeply confused so if there is anyone out there....that can figure out what degree will I get out of this (use the average grade of 50-60 for the assignments not yet submitted just to get an idea)...please help T_T...I have 2 exams left and I want to see what grade I need for a 2:1 or first.

Also, if you DO figure it out, please show your working here so that I can use your technique for my sister as well, we are doing the same course so she is facing the same issue.

Thanks!
think if you you can understand these statistics. You can solve the problem.
