I have one of the best teachers I have ever been taught by for law, and we work majority on a basis of what questions are likely to come up in the exams. (As well as the obvious essentials)
I am taking this GCSE and the likelihood is looking like;
(Paper 1)
-Bail Conditions
-Aggravating and Mitigating circumstances
-Restrictions on bail
-The tracks (Fast track, multi track, etc)
-Juries

(Paper 2)
-Parliamentary supremacy
-Judicial precedent
-Law making in parliament
-Involuntary manslaughter
-Marriage, divorce.
