Should I go on tinder at 17

I'm 17 and a virgin and considering going on tinder to try and lose my v card. However I'm not sure if anyone really uses it in my age bracket and am wondering if it is really worth it or if it will be filled with catfish/pedophiles. Should I give it a shot or is it best to stay away?

I think it's 18+ isn't it? So that would mean lying about your age, which isn't great.

Actually I once joined Tinder just for fun at the age of 16 and I put my real birthday in and Tinder just found other 16ish year olds at suggestions (Never actually used it, just wanted to see what it was and deleted it in under an hour)

Are you sure you want to lose it in a ONS? I considered trying to lose it to anyone once I turned 18. I'm glad it didn't happen because I met my boyfriend two months later.
Don't rush into something you're going to regret.
On the other hand I have friends who are 17 and on tinder so it is used by 17 year olds.
