Single Bedroom Really nice and cozy single room availible to rent for students. House is located only 1 minute away from co-operative grocery store, and 6 minutes away from Tesco Extra. 20 minutes away from De Hav campus and 30 from College Lane. If you are huge fan of beer - Hopfields pub is just across the road. The house has gas central heating and the kitchen comes equipped with washing machine, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave. There is a bathroom on the first floor and an additional toilet with wash hand basin on the ground floor and large living room (to share with other tenants) All bills are included (ie gas, electricity, rates, internet). The room is fully furnished and has bed, nightable, table, chair, drawer chest and some fancy posters on the wall. I'm looking for a student, quiet and clean who will be able to keep room in a good condition Deposit must be paid in advance
