Need participants to fill in my Consumer Buyer Behaviour Survey please?

I am a foundation degree student studying a hairdressing management degree. I shall be taking the Top-Up Strategic Business Management Degree next year.
This survey is to aid my final work-based project and the successful completion of my year 2. It will also give me the practice I will need to be able to successfully complete my dissertation next year.
