Thats what i wanna know LOL!
Depends what setting you're in, are you talking about in person or online? Online is very easy, in person is harder but will be easier to get a result ie. phone number or something else.

OP please do it in person. You don't want to be one of 'those guys' who messages random girls on facebook. Chances are they'll put a screenshot of it on twitter and laugh about it especially if you've never met them in real life
