Newcastle Uni Accommodation- Garth Heads

Hey guys, just wondering if anybody can give any reviews on Garth Heads accommodation? I know its a private accommodation so theres not as much info on it as i think its a bit smaller but the rooms look really lovely and really well priced so just wondering if theres a bit of a catch with it maybe..?

Any help would be appreciated!!

it would be a longish walk to the main campus (25 mins uphill); it's in a bit of a weird area, there's no other halls nearby, it's private and generally they're less social. looks alright for the price and it's near the quayside though
