Quick question! Grav fields and work done in moving things...

Right, I'm just not getting this question and it's a multiple choice one for Module 4 so there's no guidance in the markscheme, can anyone help me?

Near the surface of a planet the gravitational field is uniform and for two points, 10m apart vertically, the gravitational potential in 3 Jkg-1. How much work must be done in raising a mass of 4kg vertically through 5m?

Try answering these questions it might lead you through to an answer:
- the gravitational field strength is constant- what can you deduce about the gravitational potential from this?
-Using this and the gravitational potential between the two points ten meters apart can you find the gravitational potential between two points five meters apart?
-Whats the relationship between work done and change in gravitational potential (if you can't remember it try looking at the units)?
