I hate vegetables

If you want to eat healthily, you have to eat vegetables.

Obviously you won't die if you don't, but you should be aware your diet won't be a particularly healthy one.

My advice would be to take the hit.

How can I eat healthy without eating vegetables? I really don't like them!

You should try and learn to like them. Lots of foods are an acquired taste, but you can teach yourself to like them. Compare with wine.

For a short term fix, you could take greens powder products, such as this from Myprotein. I use the tropical flavour, dead easy to have one of these a day. You don't need much water, maybe 200ml so it goes down easy. Tropical flavour is nice, tastes like a strong orange juice. Unflavoured tastes like grass.

Well firstly you could try eating some more frequently as your taste buds will get used to them alternatively if you like potatoes you could try sweet potatoes as these count as one your 5 a day. For my brother my mum blends up veggies and mixes them in with mince and he doesn't notice them so you could also try this
