GDL Questions
I'm currently in my pen-ultimate year of study, and I'm thinking of pursuing a career in law via the GDL. I am on track for a 1st.
My question is this: do law firms discriminate that much with regards to what degree you hold when it comes to the subject? Or would it be more to do with the university name + achieved degree classification? This would of course be within the context of having completed an undergraduate in a non-law subject and then completing the GDL.
For example:
Person A - 2.1 Biology UCL + completed GDL
Person B - 1st Philosophy University of Glasgow + completed GDL
Purely based on this information who would law firms be more inclined to take on for a TC?
