Left Wing Discrimination

Most on the left find it abhorent to discriminate on the basis of gender, sex, ethnicity, disability and so forth so why are there are so many double standards when it comes to class. Why is the white rich boy responsible for all of the worlds evils? Isn't this just sheer hypocricy that ignores the enormous contributions these groups have done to introduce welfare and found the UN for example? The enemy is not the rich, the white, or the elderly, the enemy is the greedy, the sadistic and the discriminatory.

And the left have become contributiors to this problem as well as the right with their envy and class politics.

Discrimination is bad if it's the type of discrimination we don't like but it's good if it's the type of discrimination we like.

You cant just quote Churchill to win an argument, this isn't 1950.

The OP cant even get through 2 sentences before conflating hatred of class division hatred of 'rich white boys'.l
The left or the Liberals in Britain go back to the Puritans. They aim is to destroy High Tory Britain, so destroy the structure of the nation, aristocracy, monarchy and Church. So no wonder they hate the people who maintain High Tory Britain. The white, rich, the upper class, Protestants/Anglicans. Add in political movements from the US, France, Germany and Russia we have the two forms of anti-British left or Liberalism. The Classical Liberals and the Progressive Liberals.

You can't be full of envy and a champagne socialist.
I'm not really in the habit of revealing personal information on this site, but here it may be appropriate.

I am from well-off family. Not ridiculously wealthy but my parents joint income is a lot more then we need - we don't spend lots, I have never had to worry about money.

I am state educated.

My family are very left wing. My parents maybe a lot more so than I am.

We would rather be taxed more than see others go without the state provision they need.

We give to charity. I do volunteering.

Back on topic:

I wouldn't want to see a government stacked full of people with rich mummy and daddys like myself.

Sure thing some would be fine. But such is the cultural and demographic mix of this country. All groups should be represented. I do see a problem with the proportion of people running this country who are white-males-etonians-called-something-anglo-saxon.

Its not a class envy thing, nor hatred for the lucky. It's about appreciating what we have and the recognition that others don't have it. And that those people should still have a voice. Be respected and not 'otherd' and put into boxes as benefit cheats, undeserving or lazy.

I do find that there is a worrying trend of intense hatred towards the richer members of society. Whatever you may think of them, they are still members of our society and have a voice, and have a right to be represented.

As a High Tory I hate charities which people just give their money or time to for something to do or feel good. First of all people should support their family, their friends and the Church. Indeed I see government programs and charities are an attempted by Liberals/Whigs/Puritans to weaken and undermine the power of the established and preeminent Church of England.

Also the job of the government isn't to be representative, it is to govern the nation and enforce the law of Parliament and the Monarchy. Indeed I believe the government should be chosen by the Monarchy from the two largest parties in Parliament from the Lords and Commons. The nation did very well when it was governed by the Aristocracy with limited voting rights. Though the Victorians ruined this with their Classical Liberalism.
Many people hate those who are more successful than them. It's usually jealousy.
