M&S School Leavers Management Programme 2015

Hi all,

I'm applying to the Marks and Spencer Retail Management School Leavers programme this year and REALLY want to get it. I have done my research and know that you'll take 3 tests as part of the application: numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning and situational judgement test. Once you pass those, you'll be invited to an assessment centre for three activities:
- group excercise
- role play
- competency-based interview

Has anyone who's applied (passed or failed) can give any advice and information about the activities at the assessment centre? Especially the role play? What kind of role play would it be?
